Beginning in 2024 and continuing on an ongoing basis, this partnership ensures IKEA’s high-traffic commercial environments remain safe, compliant, and fully operational at all times.

Our team delivers a mix of preventative servicing, emergency response, and statutory compliance testing, supported by streamlined coordination across multiple sites.

SCOPE OF WORKS

JetBlack Plumbers manages a wide range of plumbing services for IKEA locations, including:
  • Reactive repairs and urgent issue rectification

Rapid response to water leaks, toilet malfunctions, hot water system failures, and other operational disruptions.

  • Statutory testing & compliance

Scheduled TMV and RPZD valve testing performed by accredited technicians to ensure full compliance with Queensland regulations.

  • Multi-site service coordination

Centralised job allocation and tracking, ensuring consistent service delivery and clear communication across all IKEA stores and warehouse facilities.

  • Asset and documentation management

Transparent compliance reporting, asset registers, photographic documentation, and site-by-site service history tracking.

  • Preventative maintenance
