Cecil Guesthouse contacted our team to assist with the repairs of the sewer connection at the mains in the roadway and the pipework from the property to the sewer main junction

SCOPE OF WORKS

  • Detection of repairs required
  • Installation of bladder to ensure water couldn't flow into BT while works were being completed.
  • Set up and the installation of IMS robotic cutter to grind back concrete residue in sewer system.
  •  Carried out pipe relining preparation works to sewer including jet blasting and sanding, to create clean pipework for relining to take place
  • Installation of pipe relining
  • Testing and commissioning

  • Minimal disruption to residents

  • Worked closely with site manager to schedule all works
